As a consequence there is an increase in children and young people who are suffering from anxiety, sleep issues, low mood and stress, low confidence and self-esteem.

Our treatments can help your child with all these symptoms. It promotes calmness, behaviour improvement, and better focus. They are helpful in the treatment of inattentiveness, irritability, ADD/ADHD, Obsessive Compulsive Disorders (OCD), agitation or anxiety of any form (separation anxiety, anxiety associated with trying new things, social anxiety), stress and irrational fears, mood swings and anger issues, temper tantrums, illnesses, injuries, sensory processing disorders, autism, unexplained fatigue and pain.

These sessions can also support your child through specific life events, such as starting school, bullying, moving house, family issues, arrival of a sibling, exams, or dealing with separation or death.

MEM - 6 Week Mentorship

From as young as 4 years old through to the teenage years, many children struggle with anxiety, overwhelm, and big emotions they don’t yet know how to manage. Add to that the pressures of schoolwork, friendships, confidence struggles, and the everyday ups and downs of growing up - it can all feel too much for them to handle alone.

This 6-week mentorship program is designed to support children who are feeling anxious, stuck, or weighed down emotionally. It offers a safe and supportive space where they can begin to understand their feelings, calm their nervous system, and learn simple tools to ease anxiety and stress.

Each week has a gentle focus - such as recognising and regulating emotions, understanding behaviour, building self-belief, and practising healthy boundaries. Sessions weave together grounding techniques, creative activities, reflection, and empowering practices such as EFT, always tailored to your child’s age and needs.

By the end of the program, many children feel less anxious, more confident, and better able to cope with challenges using practical strategies they can use every day. Most importantly, they leave with a sense of safety, support, and the reassurance that they are enough just as they are.​

Belief Coding® for Children

Doing Homework

Children often carry big feelings that they don’t fully understand or know how to express. Sometimes these emotions create hidden beliefs like “I’m not good enough,” “nobody listens to me,” or “something bad will happen if I try.” These are called self-limiting beliefs - invisible rules the mind creates to try to keep them safe, but which actually hold them back.

Belief Coding® is a gentle and powerful process that helps children get to the root of these beliefs and safely release them. By working with the subconscious mind, we can uncover where certain thoughts or fears began, reframe them, and replace them with positive, empowering beliefs instead.​​

  • Anxiety and overwhelm (worrying too much, panic, overthinking)

  • Confidence and self-esteem (fear of speaking up, shyness, low self-worth)

Reiki for Children

Children today face so many pressures - from school stress and social challenges to big emotions like anxiety, fear, or low confidence. Reiki offers a safe, natural way to help them feel calmer, more balanced, and better able to cope with whatever life brings.

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive form of energy healing that supports the mind, body, and emotions. Children remain fully clothed throughout the session, lying comfortably while soothing music plays. Using light touch or hands held just above the body, Reiki helps restore balance, release tension, and create a deep sense of relaxation. Parents are always welcome to stay during the session.
