EFT - Emotional Freedom Technique
EFT Tapping is a simple, effective tool for reducing stress and processing emotions in a healthy way. It can be used by both adults and children to calm anxiety, release negative feelings, and regain a sense of control and balance.
Often, when we don’t have the words or space to express our emotions, they can remain ‘stuck’ in the body. This can lead to confusion, overwhelm, or repeating negative patterns. EFT provides a safe way to move these emotions through, before they become ingrained as limiting beliefs.

What is EFT Tapping?
EFT Tapping is a self-healing technique that combines gentle tapping on the body’s acupressure points with mindful statements. Sometimes called “acupuncture without the needles”, it draws on both ancient wisdom and modern psychology to help reset the nervous system and reframe emotional responses.
